This week we have been getting ready for Christmas!

We have had lots of fun in Santa's Grotto.

On Thursday we had our Christmas Party.

We played lots of party games.

Santa came to visit us.

We had lots of party food to eat.

All the nursery team would like to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and have a Happy New Year. We look forward to seeing everyone on Monday the 5th of January 2009.

We have had lots of fun this week, we are very excited and getting ready for Christmas.

We performed the Nativity story for all our mums and dads.

We have been writing our Christmas cards.

We have been observing ice in the outside area.

We had lots of fun on the climbing frame and the train in the playground.

The role play this week was to act out the Nativity story.

It has been another busy week at nursery!

This week the children have been making lots of Christmas decorations.

All of the children made a lovely angel.

The children made some Christmas tree decorations to take home.

We will be painting them next week.

We have made Christmas stockings.

Outside we have had a Toyshop all week. This activity helps with number recognition, counting 1-1 and taking on different roles e.g customer and shopkeeper.The children have had a fantastic time in the toyshop.
